Dositec WMF

Dositec WMF

The Dositec WMF are diaphragm pumps driven by an electromagnet and operate by pulsation.

Highlights

  • Type: The Dositec WMF uses a sophisticated diaphragm mechanism to ensure precise and uniform dosing, critical for applications where accuracy is paramount. It is manually adjustable, proportional and analog 4-20 mA.
  • Adjustable flow rate from 2 to 20 l/h: This pump offers a wide flow range, allowing adjustments from 2 to 20 liters per hour, making it easy to adapt to different system sizes and application needs.
  • Maximum pressure of 18 bar: Its ability to operate at a maximum pressure of 18 bar makes it ideal for systems that require high working pressure, ensuring efficient and effective product distribution.
  • Construction in resistant materials: Manufactured with high-strength materials, the Dositec WMF is capable of handling a wide range of liquid products used in different industrial and agricultural sectors.
  • Level sensor integration: It offers the possibility of connecting a level sensor, which adds an extra dose of precision and control, allowing constant monitoring and automatic adjustments as needed.
  • Electromagnetic proportional technology: The heart of this pump is its electromagnetic proportional system, which guarantees high performance and dosing accuracy.

Description

Description

Multi-Function Electromagnetic dosing pump

The Dositec WMF are diaphragm pumps driven by an electromagnet and operate by pulsation. They are not adjustable, but the flow rate/h can be modified to give fewer pulses per hour, dosing less product over time.

They all have a level input, i.e. a switch to a tank. When the sensor detects that the tank is low, it sends a signal to the pump telling it not to dispense.

Type: The Dositec WMF uses a sophisticated diaphragm mechanism to ensure precise and uniform dosing, critical for applications where accuracy is paramount. It is manually adjustable, proportional and analog 4-20 mA.
